Venue: UNICEF Day for Children will be celebrated by schools and community groups accross NSW. Please talk with your local school or community group to see if they are celebrating UNICEF Day for Children.
Event description: UNICEF Day for Children aims to engage children and young people in learning about every child’s right to go to school, as well as the many barriers children face around the world in receiving an education. Participating schools and community groups have the opportunity to raise funds to support UNICEF’s work in helping children in the Asia-Pacific region go to school through the UNICEF Schools for Asia program.
Free educational and support materials can be downloaded online once schools and community groups have registered at www.unicefdayforchildren.org.au.
